Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied, here is how we handle refunds.

Eligible Refunds

• Cancelled orders before shipment: full refund within 2–3 business days
• Returned items (per our Return Policy): refund within 5–7 business days of receipt
• Damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Lost shipments confirmed by the courier

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after 15 days
• Damage caused by the customer
• Missing accessories not reported at delivery

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For UPI/net banking, it may take up to 10 working days.
