15-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used consumables (fuel canisters, food items)
• Customised or personalised products
• Items on final sale or clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse

Return Process

1. Initiate a return request from “My Orders” within 15 days of delivery.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
