By accessing and using The Outdoor website (outdooronline.in) or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order. You must be at least 18 years of age or using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any local, state, or international laws, or restrict the rights of others.

2Product Information, Dimensions & Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and details of our outdoor gear as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to device displays and photography lighting. All measurements, weights, and capacities are approximate guides.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices on the website are shown in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email/SMS with an Order ID. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortage, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery location constraints. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Estimated delivery times are typically 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. Orders above ₹999 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

For complete delivery timelines, dispatch schedules, and tracking details, please see our dedicated Shipping Policy.

5Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in original condition, and packed with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on non-returnable items (e.g. customized gear, safety ropes/harnesses, hygiene-sensitive items) and refund settlement times.
